Charlotte actress Abby Corrigan spoke about “Equality” Friday at Creative Mornings Charlotte.
A graduate of Charlotte’s Northwest School of the Arts, she is currently touring the country in a leading role in the celebrated production of Fun Home.
Corrigan talked about growing up with her twin sister. Emma, who joined her onstage at the end of the presentation, was born with Down syndrome.
Creative Mornings Charlotte will have a video of the presentation on its website soon.
In the meantime, you can read about Corrigan’s journey in a story written late last year by critic Lawrence Toppman in The Charlotte Observer.
